Mashal Development Organization (MDO), established in 2012, is a registered nonprofit welfare organization committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable and underserved communities without discrimination based on race, gender, color, or religion. MDO works to promote social welfare, empowerment, and sustainable development for widows, orphans, persons with disabilities, low-income families, and other deserving individuals through inclusive and community-centered initiatives. MDO is supported by a dedicated team of qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals and volunteers who contribute to the organization’s mission of creating positive and lasting social change. The organization is registered with the Social Welfare Department, certified by the Punjab Charity Commission and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and has successfully obtained certification from the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) as a nonprofit organization. The PCP certification reflects MDO’s commitment to institutional transparency, accountability, good governance, and adherence to recognized standards of nonprofit management. Through strategic partnerships, community participation, and sustainable development interventions, MDO continues to strengthen its role as a trusted organization working for the welfare and empowerment of disadvantaged communities.
